There are very few times in the life of a person or company that they have the opportunity to really help. When these times arise it is up to that person or company to choose the right path.
For us it was an easy choice. We are a local, family owned and operated business and we understand that without the community we are just like everybody else; that is not what we want to be. We recently acquired a pre-owned Dodge Caravan equipped with a wheelchair lift. Sure, we could have sold it and made a profit, but that is when we thought that there was certainly someone in the community who needed it more than we needed another sale; this is where you come in!
We have fully inspected both the vehicle and the lift for safety and are looking for a family or organization that could benefit from this type of vehicle. If you, or someone you know, would benefit from a vehicle like this please fill out the form below, telling us why we should choose you, and submit through this website or mail it to our store.
Entries will be accepted until 9:00 pm on June 18th 2009 and the recipient will be notified by phone on June 19th 2009. Be sure to provide us plenty of ways to get a hold of you!

Rules and Regulations:
1. Recipient must be over 18 yrs of age and have a valid Arizona driver’s license.
2. Recipient must prove residence in the state of Arizona at time of delivery.
3. Recipient must be available to take physical delivery from Hyundai of Tempe on June 20th, 2009.
4. Recipient is required to pay all applicable state taxes and registration prior to taking physical delivery (approximately $650.00 and will be required in cash or certified funds financing will not be available).
5. Recipient will be asked to prove need for a specially equipped vehicle like this. Hyundai of Tempe may require medical proof at their discretion.
6. Vehicle is being given away in “AS-IS” condition.
7. Warranty Administered by A.U.L. Warranty Company and is good on specified covered components only, for 24 months or 24,000 miles from June 20th, 2009.
8. Hyundai of Tempe, at its sole discretion, has the authority to revoke the eligibility of any applicant and award the vehicle to an alternate applicant.
9. Recipient must have current Arizona minimum insurance coverage at delivery.
